There are times when we all strive for perfection (or something that resembles perfection) and in healthy doses, this can be incredibly empowering and motivate us to achieve our goals.
However, constantly striving for perfection in everything that you do is counterproductive, unhealthy… and quite frankly, exhausting!
Perfection can be overrated...
Perfection can be overrated; therefore, let us focus on progress, as one small change at a time (if practised habitually) is all that it takes to lead you to success.
